We love GoNoodle in first grade! Engaging in song and dance is a regular part of our day. Studies show that getting up and moving while learning is a quick and effective way of changing or focusing the physical and mental state of young learners. These "brain breaks" are a useful tool to help activate, energize, and stimulate their brains. Research indicates that brain breaks also improve students' concentration and relieve stress. Have your child visit the various channels and engage in GoNoodle activities throughout the day to improve his or her emotional and physical well being.
