  • INTRODUCTION

    The Highland Central School district embraces and maintains the philosophy that all children can learn.   Our district accentuates academic assistance and interventions to help students, including students with disabilities, meet the NY State Learning Standards.

    Administrators, faculty, and staff work collaboratively and take responsibility for creating the conditions that support student learning. In accordance with Commissioner’s Regulations, our District has established administrative practices and procedures for implementing District-wide initiatives that address a Response to Intervention(R.T.I) process applicable to all students and Academic Intervention Services(A.I.S)
