Student Registration

TWO PROOFS OF RESIDENCY ARE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.BOTH PROOFS MUST BE DATED LESS THAN 30 DAYS AND INCLUDE THE NAME AND STREET ADDRESS OF THE PARENT/GUARDIAN OF THE CHILD(REN) BEING REGISTERED.

PROOF OF RESIDENCY- (2) Required that show the physical address: 

One must be:

• Mortgage, Deed, Lease, Rental Agreement or Signed and Notarized Landlord Statement

AND one of the following:

• Current Drivers License (with new address)
• DMV sticker on license for change of address
• Pay stub dated within the last 30 days with new address
• Voter Registration Card
• Current Utility Bill with physical address (Central Hudson, Cable, Water, Sewer, etc)
• Property or School Tax Bill
• Post office form processed by the postal service with forwarding address or a printout of address change from USPS.com
• Automobile, homeowners, rental insurance policy with your name and address

If you are residing with a friend or family member the following are required:

• Notarized Letter from the homeowner/renter confirming:
  • Your name
  • Your children’s names
  • The address where you are residing
• Proof of Residency for the homeowner/renter from the list above (1 proof)
• Proof of Residency for the parent/guardian from the list above (1 proof)
