School district related activities and events receive priority for scheduling.
1. Is your organization considering the use of a district facility?
- The FIRST STEP is to check the Community Use Calendar to see if the facility is already scheduled for your chosen date.
- If you HAVE an account, click here.
- If you have NEVER put in a request before OR forgot your password, click here. (You will then be receiving information via e-mail regarding your account access.)
- Instructions for putting in a Request.
- If prompted - Organization Number - 14291507.
- Be sure to read the HCSD BOE Community Use Rules and Policy, and check the Fee Structure.
