    Please note, that when paying through the on-line payment program, the fee for paying with an e-check is $1.50. The fee for using a credit card is 2.65%, or a minimum of $3.00. This fee will be added to your tax payment and is NON-REFUNDABLE. This payment is collected by the online payment company, not the Highland Central School District. The total transaction amount, including your tax payment and the associated fee, is displayed for your review before you consent to the payment being processed. Once the payment is processed,  your fee cannot be refunded.

    If you would like to continue and pay your tax bill online, including the associated fee, please click on this link to access the online tax payment program, Info-Tax Online. 

    You will need to scroll down and choose Highland CSD. Once you click on HCSD, you will be asked to provide information in order to access your tax bill. It is only necessary to fill in one of the following boxes: Name, Bill Number, OR SBL Number. If you put in more than one identifier, the bill will not load properly.

    As always, the other payment option is to mail your payment to the following address: School Tax Collector, P.O. Box 1570, Buffalo, N.Y. 14240-1570.
