Fitness For All

  • Our aim is to develop healthy individuals who understand and value the benefits of leading an active and healthy lifestyle. Students will engage in a blended-learning educational experience, producing more knowledgeable students through a combination of web-based informational text/videos and applied in-class learning experiences. Through this joint exposure and interaction, students will develop a greater understanding of the healthy fitness concepts and techniques that lead to the improvement and maintenance of their overall health, fitness and motivation to exercise. This learning experience will be developed through the framework of cooperation & communication.
