Facilities Use Request

Is your organization considering the use of a District facility?

Please follow these steps, in order:

  1. You must have insurance. Click here for requirements.
  2. Check the Community Use Calendar to verify facility availability on your preferred date(s).

Building Use Rates

NOTE: 

  • If schools are closed for a holiday or emergency / weather closing, all events on that day will be cancelled.
  • School district related activities and events receive priority for scheduling.
