Is your organization considering the use of a District facility?
Please follow these steps, in order:
- You must have insurance. Click here for requirements.
- Check the Community Use Calendar to verify facility availability on your preferred date(s).
*Please note this important information regarding calendar accounts:- If you have never submitted a request before or forgot your password, visit the account creation page. (You will then receive information via email regarding your account access.)
- If you need help, please read these Instructions on How to Register/Log In.
- If prompted, our Organization Number is 14291507.
- Be sure to read the HCSD BOE Community Use Rules and Policy, and check the HCSD Building Use Rates.

If schools are closed for a holiday or emergency / weather closing, all events on that day will be cancelled.
