Three Highland seniors were among the best and the brightest students from Ulster County who were honored during the annual Scholastic Achievement Breakfast, held at Ulster BOCES on June 8.

Parents, principals, superintendents, and representatives of the County’s Boards of Education were there to celebrate the valedictorians, salutatorians, and Principal’s Award recipients from local school districts, including Highland.

Congratulations to the following Husky scholars: Valedictorian Alisha Mokal, who plans to attend SUNY New Paltz, Salutatorian Erica Angelillo, who will be continuing her education at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry; and Principal's Award recipient Ian Warren, who will be attending SUNY Plattsburgh.
